Our goal is to offer you efficient shipping options globally. All orders are delivered within 10-12 business days. Pre-order items is expected to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays subject to the place you live.

In a rare case, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Shipping Pan India is free.

The flat international shipping charge is applied for international orders depending on your Country and postcode. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped. .

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please reach us via email at hellomiraze@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED/LOST GOODS

For any damaged products, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For products that may have been lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible after the tracking link reflects as "delivered."
